Patrick Scholes, director of Network Activity - National Capital Region (NCR), speaks to the Marines and civilians who are part of the new Network Activity - NCR during an activation ceremony at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Aug. 31, 2020. The Network Activity - NCR is the second network focused unit following the model pioneered by the 1st Network Battalion out of Camp Pendleton, California. The network activity will command and control the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) within the NCR.
